Connect Seismic so Endgame can use your enablement content as knowledge and learn from how buyers engage with it. You choose whether to sync engagement data, content, or both, and which Teamsites to sync content from.

Before you start

  • You need to be an Endgame admin, with access to your Seismic admin settings.
  • You’ll need four things from your Seismic admin settings:
    • Tenant: your Seismic tenant name, from your Seismic URL.
    • Client ID and Client secret: your OAuth client credentials.
    • Delegation user ID: the Seismic user ID Endgame uses for API delegation.

Connect Seismic

  1. In Settings > Organization > Integrations, find Seismic and click Connect.
  2. Enter your Tenant, Client ID, Client secret, and Delegation user ID, then click Connect.

Connecting Seismic needs your tenant, OAuth client ID and secret, and a delegation user ID.

Endgame opens the Seismic page so you can choose what to sync.

Choose what to sync

The Seismic page has two sections, each with its own on/off switch.
  • Engagement data syncs analytics from Seismic Reporting, like LiveSend sessions, content usage, and Digital Sales Room engagement. It syncs every 30 minutes and needs no setup.
  • Content sync brings enablement materials from your Seismic Library Teamsites into Endgame as knowledge. Choose the Teamsites below.

Choose Teamsites to sync

With Content sync on:
  1. In Add a Teamsite, select a Teamsite and click Add. It appears in Synced Teamsites.
  2. To leave out some folders, click Discover folders next to the Teamsite so Endgame can scan its folders. Then click the folder count in the Folders column (for example, “12/12 included”) and turn off the folders you don’t want. Turning off a folder also turns off the folders inside it. Changes apply on the next sync.
You can manage each Teamsite in Synced Teamsites:
  • Rescan picks up folders added in Seismic since the last scan.
  • Disable stops syncing the Teamsite. Content Endgame already synced from it stays in Endgame. Click Enable to start again.
  • Remove stops syncing the Teamsite, after you confirm. Content Endgame already synced from it stays in Endgame.

Click a Teamsite's folder count to choose which of its folders Endgame syncs.

Update credentials or disconnect

Use the Connection section at the bottom of the Seismic page. See Manage a connected integration.
  • Update credentials opens the same dialog as connecting, with nothing prefilled. You can change credentials while Seismic stays connected, without disconnecting first.
  • Disconnect stops syncing data from Seismic. To reconnect later, you’ll need your OAuth credentials again.
