#### 2025 Consumer Request Metrics

For the period January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, Endgame received 273 requests to delete, to know / access, to opt-out of sale or sharing, or to limit the use of sensitive information.

Median response time: 8 days.  Mean response time: 9 days.

Of the requests received, 58 were denied as unverifiable, 0 because the request was not made by a consumer, and 0 because the request called for information exempt from deletion. For each provision under California civil code, the number of requests in which deletion was not required was 0.
