To favorite or hide an account, workspace, or user, click the item within a view to select it, then in the right sidebar, click the star icon to favorite or eye icon to hide it from all views.
Both favorites and hides are specific to your Endgame user and won’t affect your colleagues, so feel free to use these features freely as you explore your user base and book of business.
