Use the instructions below to enable Gong integration in Endgame. Once enabled, Endgame will process your Gong data and provide our insights via the Endgame UI.

🔌 Step 1: Enable the integration

Connecting to the Gong API requires that the connecting user is a Gong Technical Admin
  1. Navigate to https://end-p1.endgame.io/
  2. Login to your Endgame account (via Salesforce)
  3. Select any account from LaunchPad
  4. Click the “Connect to Gong…” button below the Account Summary

  5. In the resulting page, click “Allow” to grant Endgame access to your Gong Account.

⏩ What’s next?

That’s it! Now that you’ve connected Gong to Endgame, we’ll automatically ingest your data into our systems and present our insights in Endgame.
